We only accept
returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged by vendor / Business
Partners.
The item should be returned to us within 2 days from
the delivery date in original packaging , freebies and accessories.
The product should be in unused condition. We will
send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package within
10 working days.
When you return your product, just indicate the
reason for your return in a short note. Put the item along with the invoice and
the note with the order number into a secure package. Affix our address (send
only to sender address as seen in the invoice / delivery challan / POD -
proof of delivery) and send it through a reliable courier and email us the consignment
details.
Returns for refunds
/replacement / exchange under certain below scenarios will NOT be accepted :
The item should not be accepted in ironed , washed
or in bad condition .
Any item like CD which has been used or installed in
the customer system.
Missing items of Brand especially in case of
Fashion , Footwear and their accessories.
Any damage / defective which is not covered under
the manufacturer's warranty.
Tampered or missing IMEI number /serial number
/universal product number.
